For this, we maintain the traditional rolling pin-rolling process, as we roll the noodle dough using rollers which are based on the rolling pins of yesteryear. This Tress rolling pin-roller process creates wonderfully fluffy noodles with an unsurpassed taste. And with the typical Tress al-dente texture, of course. And the way sauces adhere to the noodles also delights our countless gourmet customers. This can only be achieved using this craft process, therefore making Tress noodles unique.
