We use only particularly good ingredients: for the durum wheat
semolina, we choose only the very best harvests from the leading
regions each year; only top-quality durum wheat fully ripened on
sun-kissed fields is used in our products. Furthermore, we use pure
water and exclusively German Grade "A" eggs that are freshly cracked
open on a daily basis.
We process the noodle dough using a traditional procedure, where it is
rolled as finely as if using a rolling pin. Only this ensures the
unique gourmand quality with the typical Tress al-dente texture and the
fluffy noodle surface.
