This fresh egg pasta deserves its name: we only use Grade A eggs from southern Germany, and we freshly crack these open on a daily basis. They couldn't be fresher! Each year, we select only the best grain for the durum wheat semolina. And only top-quality durum wheat grown on sun-kissed fields.
The noodle dough is then gently pressed through specially-made noodle mould plates. This creates the especially beautiful shapes of the noodles with their golden-yellow, smooth surface and the typical Tress al-dente texture. The result: the finest noodle-quality for the most demanding gourmet!
